Refresh. Not rebuild or, well, just build. The latter two are much easier to negotiate. A blank slate is a lot more common, so this was a bit of a wrangle.

So all the content needs to stay, as does the theme. Please welcome your friend and mine: reverse engineering. The biggest problem therein is patching the designs into the structure of what’s already there. It’s fine, there’s usually a way around it. Just you never know how in depth it’s going to get to make it look and function correctly until you get going. I’ll give you one guess as to whether it was quick and easy or took absolutely ages.

Lovely people though, so at least that puts some gloss on it.
